Join us for a 30 day challenge designed to shift your mindset, develop confidence and of course, get results.
Get access to 12 full body workouts with an intense focus on accountability. Each session we will complete a series of low-impact exercises and breathing techniques to build your strength and ease back into your fitness journey.
What to expect?
- Sessions are 30 minutes a day.
- Live workouts on Zoom on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm CST/ 7:30pm EST.
- Scheduled rest days.
- Participants will receive exclusive access to our private SMS group chat for mindset motivation, daily inspo and workout instruction from our class host Mykel B Davis.
- Networking with other participants.
FAQ: What happens if I can't make a live class?
It's okay. You will still receive access to the written challenge for the day and be able to complete at your own pace. You'll still have access to our private SMS group where you can also get daily inspiration.

How To Measure
Measure your waist and hips and compare to the size chart below. If you are between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size. XS-XL sizes correspond to the numerical sizing on this chart, unless specified in the description of the garment. To get the most accurate measurements, have someone else measure you. Be sure to hold the measuring tape straight and snug, not tight, to your body.
BUSTMeasure over the fullest part of your bust, with the tape measure parallel to the floor. This measurement will assist you in determining your clothing size for tops/bras.
UNDERBUSTMeasure directly under your bust at your ribcage, with the tape measure parallel to the floor. This measurement will assist you in determining your bra band size.
WAISTMeasure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hip, before the thigh begins to narrow. This measurement will help you determine your size for shorts, pants, and Thigh belts.
